Singlish

Singlish is a resource for students who have begun to learn the language and wish to extend their knowledge of culture and also their verbal and listening skills. It is designed to be used in conjunction with other teaching methods to develop interest in the language.​

ESU

The New ESU of Hungary runs several events of its own but also co-operates with other organisation such as the Oxford University Press, the Scottish Mission on Vörösmarty utca and the Robert Burns International Foundation to put on traditional quality events.

Steve Jones

Folk Singer

Steve has been performing in folk clubs for over 35 years.

In 1999 he began his association with English language music in Hungary, regularly performing at the Oxford University Press and MacMillans conferences.

Steve works as General Secretary of the Robert Burns International Foundation which raises money for Childrens’ Hospitals and similar charities.

Ship Models

The collection includes over 50 models from Triang Minic from the 1950s and 1960s, over 70 plastic kits from Eagle Ships also from the 1960s and plastic Revell kits current today, from the 1990s onwards.
