New Oxford ‘Readers’ Promotion with Singlish and Father Christmas Dec 6 2007
The Christmas Conferences were not planned for other than Budapest this year, however, OUP decided to add one event and asked Father Christmas, Steve Jones and Zsolt to give some Christmas spirit whilst Ilona Jobbágy gave a promotional talk on the New Oxford Readers coming out soon.
There were 40 in attendance at the event which started at 3pm and concluded at 6pm with Auld Lang Syne in the traditional way.
